Telecentre Manager
Telecentre Manager is completely customisable database program designed to manage Telecentre operations.
A daily log records activities for the day, a summary can be printed to show each day's activities and the fees and charges
collected.
The program can track unpaid charges and create invoices.
A wide range of reports, such as lists of
current charges, opening hours, courses and student hours, equipment purchases,
membership, committee and volunteer lists, outstanding payments and grants are built into the package. Users
can also create a simple letter in the program and produce a printed copy (or an
e-mail) and send it to a selection of members, committee or volunteers. In the case of
e-mail, if the recipient does not have an e-mail address, a letter is
automatically generated. Statistical reports for a user selected month range showing
average daily computer use, average daily income, chart of
enquiries are also included.
A report containing all the information necessary to
complete the semi-annual statistical reporting required by the TSB is also included.
